When I first discovered Lycia in ‘92, I knew I was onto some amazing stuff. 1995 was a powerful year for me personally, and I picked this up that year knowing this release would be good, but was stunned on just how good it was. It captured a moment in time for me that year unlike anything or anyone else could. It is fear, it is dreams, it is fading in love and falling back into love. It is also timeless and one of their bests. A journey not to be missed. Thank you for the memories. Eckoe

"Fifth Sun" spirals and shines musically over the course of it's length, a rich musical space that serves well as an introduction to Lycia's work for new listeners, and as a celebration of the talents and artistry of the band for those who are already in the know.
Highly recommended... rikm
